Dear Brothers and Sisters,

FCCD has been following closely the decisions made by the CDC and local governments regarding the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). The deacon board has decided after meeting on Friday, March 13, 2020: To reduce the chance of infection and to protect the health of our congregants, the church is making the following major changes:

  1. Sunday worship – Starting this Sunday (3/15) to 3/29, Sunday worship services will be streamed online. Besides ministers, worship leaders, and A/V team, please stay home and use your electronic device to tune in our service on our YouTube channel (“wefccd”) to worship with us. You may also go to the live stream from the website fccdallas.org

Taiwanese Worship: 10:00 am

English Worship: 11:30 am

Notifications will send out via Line and Email.

  1. Mid-week gatherings – all mid-week gatherings are canceled. Wednesday prayer meetings will be live-streamed at 7:30 pm.
  2. Youth and Children programs – Due to lacking equipment, no live stream will be available for youth and children programs. We can provide Sunday School materials for parents to study with their children at home.
  3. We encourage all fellowships to utilize social network platforms during this time to connect or to host gatherings. Please also pray and encourage each other.
  4. If anyone has any need, you may call Rev. Daniel Chiang during the week at the church number.
  5. Any updates will be posted on the church website, Line groups, and Email.

During this time of epidemic prevention, please stay home as much as possible, especially the seniors. May we look upon the Lord.  “Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Neh 8:10)

  Rev. Daniel Chiang
